Minor Update

Updated to Version 1.0.9

• Toggled on 'IsActive' in the Poi Attach Points by default. Set their Default weight to 1. 
• Added a toggle for poi 'Looping'. This can be found in the toggles menu.

I temporarily removed this update because the changes caused an unforeseen issue. 

Future Updates:

• I plan on moving the gestures to VRCFury in a future update so that the associated gestures can be easily modified.
